Bonuses typically require wagering requirements (also called rollover or turnover requirements) which specify the number of times Bonus funds or associated winnings must be wagered before they can be withdrawn. For example, a Bonus with a 10x wagering requirement on a Rp 100,000 bonus means you must place a total of Rp 1,000,000 in Bets before the Bonus and any winnings become withdrawable.
Each Bonus has an expiration date. Unused Bonuses and uncompleted wagering requirements will expire and be removed from your Account after the specified validity period, which may range from 7 to 30 days depending on the promotion.
Game contributions toward wagering requirements vary by game type. Typically, slots contribute 100%, sports bets contribute 50-100%, and table games like baccarat or roulette may contribute 10-20%. Specific contribution percentages are detailed in each Bonus's terms.
Bonus abuse, including but not limited to creation of multiple accounts to claim promotional offers, collusion with other Users, opposite betting strategies, or any other activity designed to circumvent Bonus terms, is strictly prohibited and will result in immediate forfeiture of Bonuses, winnings, and potential account closure.

All Bets placed through jon4d are final and cannot be cancelled, modified, or reversed once confirmed. It is your responsibility to review each Bet carefully before submission. In cases of obvious error (such as incorrect odds display, system malfunction, or human error), we reserve the right to void affected Bets and refund stakes.
For sports betting, all Bets are settled based on official results announced by the relevant sports governing bodies. Settlement times vary by sport and event but typically occur within 24 hours of event conclusion. Live in-play betting results are settled immediately after each game period or match conclusion.
For casino games, including live dealer games, card games, roulette, and slots, all outcomes are determined by certified Random Number Generators (RNG) or physical equipment in the case of live dealer games. RNG systems are regularly audited by independent testing agencies to ensure fairness and compliance with international gaming standards.
For togel lottery games, draws are conducted according to the published schedule for each market. Results are based on official draw outcomes from authorized lottery operators. You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless jon4d, its affiliates, licensors, partners, officers, directors, employees, and agents from and against any and all claims, liabilities, damages, losses, costs, and expenses (including reasonable attorneys' fees) arising out of or related to: (a) your violation of these Terms; (b) your violation of any law or regulation; (c) your violation of any third-party rights; (d) your use or misuse of the Services; (e) any fraudulent or illegal activity conducted through your Account.
These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with international gaming regulations and the laws of the jurisdiction in which jon4d is licensed, without regard to conflict of law principles. You may request closure of your Account at any time by contacting customer support. Upon closure, any remaining Balance will be returned to you via your verified withdrawal method, subject to completion of any outstanding wagering requirements and verification procedures.
We reserve the right to suspend or permanently close your Account at any time, with or without cause, and with or without prior notice. Grounds for Account closure include, but are not limited to, violation of these Terms, fraudulent activity, Bonus abuse, prolonged account inactivity, or at our sole discretion.
In the event of Account closure by jon4d, any remaining Balance will be returned to you, except in cases where: (a) the Account was used for fraudulent activity; (b) winnings were obtained through violation of Terms; (c) Bonuses were abused; or (d) funds are subject to legal hold or regulatory investigation.
If any provision of these Terms is found to be invalid, illegal, or unenforceable by a court of competent jurisdiction, such provision shall be modified to the minimum extent necessary to make it valid and enforceable, or if such modification is not possible, the provision shall be severed from these Terms. The remaining provisions shall continue in full force and effect.
